Ordering and Purchasing
We offer two ways to order. Option 1: Use our Price List (below) and request the specific quantities of components you require. Option 2: Send us your detail drawings with quantities and we can provide products and a quotation.
We will provide a quotation for your review, note the expected lead time, and any special considerations. Things like; A refund for unused CSP couplers, delivery costs, or special items will be clearly noted.
Once you are pleased, you can confirm the order to proceed. 50% payment is required upon purchase, and 50% upon delivery. Payment is available via cheque or credit-card (Mastercard Visa, or AMEX).
Delivery
Deliveries are made province wide. Pricing is based on distance from our Central Ontario location to the municipality of your site. Deliveries up to 5 tonnes are made with one trip (unless requested otherwise). Orders larger than 5 tonnes can be made in multiple deliveries or arranged by motor freight.

Custom Products
If your product isn’t listed on our Price List (find above), we will quickly provide pricing for your needs. Talk to us or email your requirements, sketches, drawings, or descriptions of your needs and we will do our best to find a product or solution.
